I was initially very nervous as I'm terrible with needles but Sarah was very reassuring and after the first injection I completely relaxed. Sarah's technique is spot on, not only did she do my botox without any discomfort at all she actually made me feel chilled out. I know the needles are only tiny but if you have an irrational fear of needles as I do its a much more difficult experience psychologically. No one has ever taken the time and care, it was a completely different experience than I'm used to! The girl has a magic touch!

I've had many treatments with Sarah from facials to lipblush. Today I had a fine line tattoo. I am obsessed with it! The precision and placement are totally on point it was pain free, I suppose due to the extra fine needle. I've received so many compliments. I've had over five treatments at this clinic so far, and I've always had a great experience. The practitioner is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. She's great to talk to during appointments and is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. One thing I particularly appreciate is how approachable and responsive she is if I have any questions or concerns after a treatment. It's reassuring to know that support is available if needed. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.
