I had a great experience getting my lashes done with Tiffany. The salon was really clean and beautifully set up. Tiffany asked what I wanted and made me comfortable on the bed with a weighted blanket. The final result was great and the whole experience was seamless. Absolutely beautiful salon. On time, clean, great vibe. All the girls are so friendly and attentive. I spent the whole day there and was offered numerous drinks. Fresh air, comfy chairs, even a massage chair when you get your hair washed. They have really gone above and beyond to make it an experience when you enter the space. I don’t know another place like this in Perth!

I had an incredible experience at The Little Gem Spa Massage in North Perth, and Tomoka was fantastic! The spa itself is clean and serene, creating a truly relaxing environment. The staff are professional and attentive, and Tomoka's expertise shines through in her massage. I left feeling renewed and revitalized. I’ve known about Elixir for a long time, and I’ve been their customer for over two years, I have done lymphatic massages, skin treatment, radio frequency and the most recent eye lashes and eye brow design, and I absolutely loved them, I’ll always comeback and refer them to friends and around, customer service is awesome and friendly.

Tiffany clearly takes great pride in looking after her clients. I’ve had microneedling at other spots in Perth and it felt very clinical, rushed and unfriendly - in and out type job, where as Tiffany really looks after you and I felt confident that I was getting a good treatment (I used to regularly get microneedling back in the UK but stopped as I hadn’t found a good practitioner but so glad I’ve found Tiffany now). The use of red light def reduced my redness too. I’ve previously had a lovely massage here too! Highly recommend

Warm.friendly and helpful. Authentic caring demeanor..Her interaction instills a great sense of integrity..I feel she has my best interest at heart and thats not always offered in this industry or in general. The business also offers a receipt and care plan after every visit standard protocol yet not understood nor offered in some cases ..so hats off to you all. Not mention the salon is impeccable
