Can't explain how good Mary is at her job. So passionate and friendly. The staff and customer service is as good as anything I've seen in Dubai. All comes from a great manager in Grainine. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience from start-finish. Location great, easy parking lot, 1min. walk, welcoming greeting- gorgeous light filled reception, expected me-super caring/accommodating- quiet spaces- no waiting-nurse ushered into another pristine space- really professional-procedure was quick- no pressure just care-easy directions and informative about aftercare/products- affordable- looking forward to going back!! I’ve never had such a smooth and YES I can see a difference immediately experience in Dubai! Thank you so much!!!!!

Dr Parniyan was mindful of my needle phobia but she also knows that I wanted to do the treatment. Her and Mary ensured that I was very comfortable on the day of the treatment. It ended up being a success. Also, great shout that they do touch ups for free!

Maria was great. She did my hair really well. They charged me for extra long hair, however I would say my hair is long it’s above my elbows. Also, blow drys are not curly blowdry they charge extra for curly blowdrys which needs to be clearer. The manager was sitting on her phone most of the time she wasn’t ever Friendly until I went to pay. Customer service for all workers needs to improve. Maria was great.

Everyone was super nice, and especially April. :) And I got what I wanted. Thank you!
