The blow dry was really great this time. The receptionist always greets me warmly . I have been coming here on and off for the last 12 years . They are well staffed and so there’s usually no wait time . You arrive and they get started on you within minutes, which I think is great considering the crowd that the salon usually gets.

Luckily, I found OAM Wellness. It completely exceeded my expectations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience from start to finish. The owners and staff are professional, friendly, and make you feel comfortable immediately. Everything about the treatment was explained clearly beforehand, including realistic expectations and aftercare. The location is easy to find, offers free parking, and has a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The packages are very reasonably priced and offer outstanding value. I especially loved that every massage package includes complimentary steam and sauna access.

Maria was great. She did my hair really well. They charged me for extra long hair, however I would say my hair is long it’s above my elbows. Also, blow drys are not curly blowdry they charge extra for curly blowdrys which needs to be clearer. The manager was sitting on her phone most of the time she wasn’t ever Friendly until I went to pay. Customer service for all workers needs to improve. Maria was great.

I have recently finished a course here and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the course. The instructor Kateryna is a super instructor, with wealth of knowledge and experience under her belt. She is an absolute pleasure to learn from. The whole staff is very helpful, always smiling and welcoming. I felt at ease while learning. Absolutely no flaw at all in their delivery of services. My only feedback would be if the course could be split further in additional two days as 5 day was super intense. But overall a great learning experience.
