Amy does my nails better than anyone ever has (I also never stop getting compliments on them) And Charlotte recently fixed my hair after a few years of hair struggles and bad experiences. She did an absolutely amazing job and truly gave me my confidence back for which I’m so grateful! She went above and beyond with her kindness in addition to her services - and I left the store with the biggest smile on my face! First time in the new salon. Had Naomi and Hen today. Beautiful place, well set out. It’s still their soft opening period, so it’s lovely and quiet. Which means they had the time to pay attention to detail and not rush. I hope that continues when they get a busier. My nails were simple acrylic and paint, but done well and I’m fussy. They both were lovely women and pleasant and happy to do what I wanted from photos. Expect to pay lux prices if you want any design, chrome, polish or extras on top of basic services- each add on does stack up quickly.

I had Nina as my therapist today and she did such an amazing job on both my lashes and brows. She made sure to double check with me with what brow shape I liked and took her time to make sure they were perfect 🤍

Have been coming to Sugarplum for about a year now. Tahnee is a great technician and is very consistent with excellent results. She is very particular that your nails are perfect before you walk out the door.

I had a Glass Skin treatment (dermaplaning) by Charley who thoroughly explained the treatment process & her lovely, friendly nature made me feel at ease & comfortable to ask any questions. The treatment room was very relaxing & the treatment itself has left my skin feeling & looking amazing thanks to it including exfoliating, mask & moisturiser. Charley’s service was very professional, I will definitely be going back & would highly recommend.
