Absolutely loved my lymphatic draining massage. I feel amazing, so light and can't actually believe how much drainage came off me. I'll definitely be keeping up with this treatment. Had a full body lymphatic drainage massage as was flying the day after and I get really bad swollen legs from flying and the heat then makes it worse. Second day of my holiday and still no swollen legs. Felt amazing after and really light. The massage itself was very relaxing ( nodded off) which was a bonus. Heather was lovely and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning :)

Heather is so lovely! I’ve had a lymphatic drainage massage prior to this appointment and this was amazing! I didn’t feel bloated for weeks after and also felt like I lost a few inches from my waist around 4weeks later which I later read it can make your metabolism faster if that’s the right way to word it.. we got along and had a laugh throughout my appointment which made my experience even better. Would not hesitate to book with heather again xx

I would highly recommend visiting Sculpt, I originally had a lymphatic drainage massage and lemon bottle to my stomach area , I was put at ease throughout my appointment and felt very comfortable. I have since been back for a second treatment tkore stomach and will be visiting again for me!

I’ve had my second session with Sam and I’m really happy with the results. I had the cavitation with radio frequency and lymphatic drainage, and it was both relaxing and effective. Sam is professional, friendly, and makes you feel completely at ease. She explains everything clearly and checks in throughout the treatment. I already feel lighter, less bloated, and can see subtle improvements. The lymphatic drainage left me feeling especially refreshed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend. Great as usual, Lucy gave me a really good deep muscle massage and I can feel the benefit. I knew I had some tight muscles and knots which she has sorted . I recommend her if you are looking for a good sports/ deep tissue massage. I have had a great lymphatic massage too before. Good warm and comfy premises and Lucy very respectful and knowledgeable.
