I have an upscale event coming up and, of course, I broke my thumb nail and suddenly realized my polish didn't match my dress at all. I got in pretty last minute, was beyond thrilled the owner actually took the time to help me choose the right color to match my blue sparkly dress but helped me adjust the shape to something I love way more. They're SO pretty! Im over the moon. Fantastic experience!

Arina was really great - very nice. She takes such care in the work and also has soft hands. I can’t complain. My only thing is on me; I chose a light sparkly purple and it’s a Nice spring color- it’s just more sheer than I thought it would be in natural light. Oh well - next time I’ll pick a darker color. Arina is still wonderful and I’d have her do them again!

This was my first time here and Queenie was straight up amazing. That was the best pedicure I’ve had in a really long time! The paint job was on point as well, it was relaxing, the massage and attention to detail were all fabulous. I will definitely come back again!

I’m picky about my nails, and she absolutely nailed it — literally. The attention to detail is crazy. Every edge is clean, the shape is even, and the polish looks smooth and flawless, like it was done by a machine… except better, because she actually cares. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She doesn’t rush, she pays attention to the small things most techs overlook, and the final result is perfect. I walked out staring at my hands like a weirdo the whole drive home. If you want someone who treats your nails like actual art, go to her. She’s worth it.

This was my first time here, and I booked a full acrylic set with Jay. She was very gentle and attentive (my nails are somewhat sensitive) and had great advice on a nail color that would match well with my skin tone. I really look forward to coming back to her again!

What an AMAZING experience!! it felt like I was talking with a friend, he also was honest with me that French tips wouldn’t look great right now due to the shortness of my nails but we can definitely do a cute color. He also did a great job! Absolutely only coming here from now on

I always have an amazing time at this Salon. Jay is the best nail artist I have been to and lets me pull up any design and works with me when I can’t figure out color. She lets me chat but also lets me have a wonderful quiet experience for the times that is needed. I could not recommend The Herbal Nail spa enough. Very fair pricing and communication about what is needed. The salon is also very clean and the staff is attentive. When other artists need help or assistance or tools everyone is on standby to help and have a good banter of friendliness.

100% recommend My Nail Bar and Jenny. Jenny was fabulous! She asked questions and was able to fix nail shaping errors caused a month ago at a different salon. The team was pleasant to everyone and focused on great service, something that is not the norm. The salon is clean, peaceful, and relaxing. The first thing I noticed walking in was I didn't feel like I was a number to be quickly processed and the selection of polish was organized without old, gooey bottles not the shelf.

They got us in with short notice. Julie did an excellent job with my nails. They gave my mom a heck of a pedicure!! I dont know how long im in Seattle for but I will definitely go back to Julie again!!!

Honestly, my nails have never looked so good! I moved here from NYC this year so I did some research to find a reputable local nail salon. Excellent Nails had great reviews so I gave it a try. I hit the jackpot with this place! Aside from being talented, Vi is a pleasure to sit with for an hour. She always asks me if I like the shape or the color before she proceeds with doing all of my nails, which is great because sometimes I don’t like the color (colors can look different from the swatches) and I have the opportunity to change my mind. I also found a great lash tech there! Wonderful salon

I made a mistake in choosing a color and they were so gracious in making a change without charging me. I’ve been coming for years and they always do a five star job. Thank you. They also do a detailed job taking all the dead skin and cuticles off around your nails, which is important to me. They always look perfect.

Perfect nails! 💅 Great customer service and nail polish knowledge. I came in with a photo of what I wanted and they knew immediately it was Haley Bieber’s “Glazed Donut.” After 9+ months of short, ugly, bitten nails… they are beautiful again!
