Absolutely obsessed with my nails 😍 Everything was done perfectly — from the manicure itself to every little detail. I had a really nice experience overall. The owner and the hairdresser were both incredibly kind and accommodating. They created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out! They did a beautiful job. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the makeup wasn’t quite what I asked for. I requested a very natural look, but it ended up being much heavier than I wanted and I had to redo it. That said, their kindness and the positive energy in the salon really stood out, and I truly appreciated how welcoming they were.

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

What a great experience I had here. I most definitely recommend it here if you’re ever visiting Chicago!

When it came to hair, the girls truly went above and beyond—not only creating a beautiful style, but also sharing helpful tips so I could maintain the look throughout the entire weekend. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend them!

I was very nervous about getting laser on my face due to having very dry skin, but Tamara was fantastic. She did a thorough consultation and a test spot first to make sure I wouldn't have an adverse reaction. I’m seeing great results after just 2 sessions. Staff are Professional and Friendly. 100% recommend this location.
