A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing- and the therapist truly made it. She was so profesional gentle. And clearly knew exactly what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease and tailored everything perfectly to my skin. I had the fire and Ice facial which was truly incredible- you can literally feel it working. Anna is truly an expert in her field! I always feel completely confident discussing any treatment needs with her and I completely trust that she gives me the very best advice. Today’s Pro 60 facial was incredible, with the added bonus of a relaxing massage while my face mask worked its magic. This lovely little gem of a beauticians in Hertford is my go-to for all my beauty needs… I can’t recommend her enough!

Outstanding! Nicola made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Very professional but also extremely personable and friendly. Tailored my experience too with being pregnant which was lovely. Very knowledgeable of her products and all their ingredients. An amazing facial which was super kind to the skin and each step was explained. Lovely arm, hand, shoulder, neck and head massage too. Her set up is also gorgeous and very professional. I would highly recommend Nicola to anyone regardless of their skin care journey, whether a newbie or pro, Nicola has you covered!
