Today, I had a 45-minute remedial massage with my partner in a couple room and it was absolutely amazing. We’ve tried several other massage places in Gold Coast, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. My therapist, Harumi, was especially friendly and kind, and all of the staff provided exceptional customer service. Everything was very professional and impressive from start to finish. We will definitely be coming back and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know. Thank you to the whole team!

This was hands down the best couples massage we have experienced. We travel the world and always have a massage never did we think the Gold Coast would be the best to date. Beautiful and relaxing standalone venue located within a small shopping area called Brickworks. Very friendly and attentive staff. My husband and I had the couple's massage. Side by side, Jane and Hurami ensured our dignity and comfort. Both very impressed. Were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Professional and friendly. Great massage. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again when visiting The Gold Coast.

Was greeted warmly by the consultant and made very welcome. I booked the deep cleanse facial and had the cleanse, exfoliant, steam and extractions. The consultant asked me a few times how the steam was or if I was ok with the extractions which was very good customer service. The consultant was very nice and professional, but I didn’t feel the pampering experience. The last time I had a facial at Spring Spa, the consultant Lucy was excellent in her flowing technique massaging my face and decollage. This time my experience with this consultant was just ok, felt like me just cleaning my own face.

This Massage at HeartSpace was very safe and calm, and so peaceful that I almost fell asleep, or maybe I did for some blissful nanoseconds. I could have definitely stayed under those warm towels and napped. thank you Kimberly for a much needed TLC session.

Anastasia is so lovely and professional who you can fully trust with your skin becuase of her extensive experience in the skin care industry. My skin felt like pure silk after my customised facial! Not only was it relaxing and customised for my skin, but it was not expensive like other facials around Gold Coast. Definitely would recomend and coming back to Anastasia for sure!
