I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Another fantastic experience at Nail’d It HN Birmingham. As always, Mona took time to evaluate my nail condition and find the right shape, length and shade for my natural nails. I left feeling glamorous with my fresh, bold and beautiful summer manicure. Thank you again Mona!

We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. Very good experience, from warm welcome from the front of house. Through to the end of the massage. Had a full deep tissue massage from therapist Valentina, and her expertise were great and done and amazing job. Probably currently the best, massage therapy in inner Birmingham by far.

Another perfect pamper session with Mona at Nail’d it Birmingham. I chose a deep spiced berry colour, ready for the upcoming party season, and thanks to Mona my nails look stylish and refreshed!

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Visited yesterday for the first time and had a deep tissue full body massage by the lovely Sue. She was very professional & the massage was one of the best ive ever had. Sue instinctively knew how & where to apply pressure. She was an amazing & obviously experienced massage therapist. Shame I dont live in Birmingham as I would visit every week! I felt so wonderfully relaxed after and I will definitely return next time I'm in Birmingham. Thank you Sue!
