We turned up early and they accommodated us so well! They brought our time slot earlier and the massage was amazing. I’ve never had a massage before but they made us feel so comfortable and welcome, they kept making sure we were okay and enjoying it. The location is easy access from Birmingham city centre, overall would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you!

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

Visited yesterday for the first time and had a deep tissue full body massage by the lovely Sue. She was very professional & the massage was one of the best ive ever had. Sue instinctively knew how & where to apply pressure. She was an amazing & obviously experienced massage therapist. Shame I dont live in Birmingham as I would visit every week! I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Honestly the best acrylic nails I have had done in Birmingham. Coming from someone who used to bite down my natural nails Nian has treated them so well that mine are now so long and healthy. It is like going to see a friend and I always come out feeling so relaxed and pampered.
