The service and experience I had here was by far the best I’ve ever received at a hair salon! The team were all so welcoming, the salon itself is beautifully maintained, and Molly was absolutely wonderful. She’s highly experienced, did an incredible job with my hair, and was such a genuinely lovely person to spend time with. She’s completely restored my trust in hairdressing - I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

Highly recommend Shelbie at Kōha The Salon in Springfield! She has looked after all the ladies in my family so well and goes way above and beyond what you would expect from an emerging hairdresser. Her prices are exceptional. She did blonde foils for both my mum and sister, and her work is so clean she didn't even need to use toner! I have natural ginger hair that was feeling super dry and gross with split ends. Today, Shelbie gave me a beautiful haircut, wash, and blowdry. The whole experience was absolutely amazing and so relaxing.

I was recently treated to a hair wash, blow dry and straighten along with a toner/treatment @ Kona salon in Springfield. To be honest I did not know they were there! I was surprised and most impressed with the Salon -and the staff were friendly too! I was interested to hear they open early morning and late evenings which would suit me with my busy schedule. Thank you Koha salon. I will be back :)

I usually walk out of an appointment in pain but that was not the case here, whole appointment I was in so much comfort that I kept dozing off and snoring (so sorry Bec and jaz😭😂🤍) the recliner was the most amazing smartest touch😭. I got my Lashes done and Bec was so fast and perfect.. had no issues what so ever!! She did my brows next, I’ve never had them waxed before but my experience with her definitely got me to want to get them done regularly!. Jaz did my pedicure and manicure and she was fast, efficient and so easy going with it. Absolutely lovely, kind, very relaxing and chill ladies🙌🏼🤍.
