It was my 2nd time at The House of Castellis and it was a lovely experience again. Jodie is an amazing stylist and so lovely and talks you through exactly what she is going to do and puts you at ease straight away❣️Will definitely be booking in for a full balayage in the next few months, lovely 10/10 experience xxxx

Kylie was so lovely, took her time and explained everything. She was really clear with what could be achieved with very dark hair! My balayage and blow dry looks fab, I’m really pleased with it. Such a lovely salon with friendly staff, will definitely be back and would recommend.

First time at HOC the lovely leighoni done a red balayage on my hair. . She was professional and knowledgeable on colour. She went through step by step what she was doing and I am happy with the result. It's not the red I wanted however I am aware that there is a process with the red on black hair. She did show me which tone of red would lift and what the final outcome will be eventually and cannot be done in 1 sitting. I will def be booking again to get the desired red I want. All the girls were friendly and there is a great team there good vibes everyone chatty. Very talented set of girls

I was long overdue a cut and colour. I was recommended Lauren and must say that I was not disappointed. It was my first visit and Lauren made me feel very welcome and spent the time to discuss my needs, concerns and preferences. I had highlights, lowlights, toner and cut, blow and curl. She is so professional and I left the salon feeling very looked after with a new head of hair 😁 Thankyou Lauren xxx I would 100% recommend!

I had my roots done, which were dark, and Cayleigh blended the colour with my highlights to refresh the look again. Good job.

I love this hair dressers. My hair is looking in brilliant condition and I got highlights in that’s never happened before but with Sarah looking after it I’m so happy. ! went in with a few designs in mind; then Laura put her own twist and skills and ideas together… I came out with nails better than I requested! I constantly get compliments on my nails from friends and strangers….as her work is simply beautiful! Never feel rushed or an inconvenience to her, and she likes to make sure you’re happy! The salon has just had a revamp, which gives a clean clinical feel, yet it’s warm and welcoming too. I feel like Laura enjoys her job, wants to be there, loves a challenge, and cares greatly about her clients. Would never go anywhere else now I’ve found Prept!
