I recently also had a wash and blow-dry with Layla, an evolving stylist at the salon, and I was blown away. My hair feels incredibly smooth with the perfect soft wave at the ends. She was so gentle and careful with my hair — no pulling or tugging at all. Such a beautiful result.

Elizabeth genuinely cares about the health and treatment of your hair while also working closely with you to achieve the exact look you want. She took the time to explain every step of the process and why she was doing it, which made me feel really comfortable and confident in her expertise. She even patiently showed me how to recreate the style at home using the tools I already have, which I really appreciated. The service was merely adequate. The hairdresser did not ask me many questions about how I like my hair cut. I had to be quite assertive about what I wanted and she was quite distracted. I expect more from a professional charging me nearly $175 for a cut a blow wave.
