The time had come. I desperately needed a cut after growing my hair out for months from a very short style. Last night I took a chance when I arrived in London and scheduled a hair appointment at Shadi. The place looked modern and clean. When I walked in this morning for my 10:00 AM appointment, Mauricio kindly greeted me and started right away transforming my hair with great care. Paula is absolutely fantastic! I am naturally quite dark and routinely get blonde highlights and toner and Paula does my hair perfectly every single time. I am incredibly picky and have visited numerous salons across london including in Mayfair in search of a stylist that could achieve the blonde I wanted and feel so lucky to have found Paula. If I could give 6 stars then I would! Since moving to London it has been so hard to find a stylist that I can build a relationship with. As someone who has regular appointments for extensions it makes such a difference having a professional, consistent experience! Szindy really listens and knows exactly how I like my hair styled now. The salon is lovely and clean - great quality products and refreshments, it’s overall a different vibe to other large salon chains which sometimes feel intimidating. Thank you Szindy and team!

It’s not easy to find people that you a trust to do your hair, but Phedelia Rose’s service is welcoming, profession and done with excellence, I have never left her chair disappointed. Great experience all round at the Sisters Salon. The salon is in a lovely location. Ashley took great care of us and was very reassuring when we had our micro blading. She talked us through the whole process and showed us exactly what she would be doing during the treatment. She is very responsive with any questions. Would definitely recommend Ashley.

I’ve just moved to the area and was looking for somewhere local to do my lashes, and I’m so glad I found House of Sass. It truly feels like a hidden gem.
