Best hair care experience I've received in 5 years since I came to BIM. I have 4c natural hair and that is uncommon on the island. I was pampered and well taken care of. The braids were not painful and I fell asleep on the chair. She was polite, helpful, and overall stellar customer service plus top notch braiding skills. Gonna be recommending everywhere I go.

Came in for a texturizer which was well done by Lana. Has some great conversations with her and other clients, making the time spent there very enjoyable. This was my first time booking her services but will definitely go back!!

This was my first time here and I was comfortable. I never felt like a first timer and everything that was done to my hair was explained to me in full detail which I love. My hair didn't take as long as I had anticipated and that made me very happy. Overall I would rate this experience a 10/10 and I would recommend her to others.

I just love my hair stylist, both her and her lovely Kim assistant Brianna just makes you feel like family. The atmosphere that they create for their customers and the way they literally 'bring' their customers together while in the salon to enjoy this wonderful experience is amazing. I would highly recommend Marvelous Face to every and anyone I meet. If you want to go somewhere to get your hair pampered and have relaxing, friendly and positive vibes and come out looking like a millon bucks ....this is where it's at.

The hair came out lovely as usual. I did not get hot chocolate or a slice of my favourite cake. As a consolation, however, I had a lovely shot of beet ginger and apple juiced by the stylist. I was also able to purchase some lovely burger and fries from a nearby restaurant. I forgot my bottle in the salon.
