Ashlee is amazing and managed to give me exactly what I wanted for my hair colour on the first appointment. I’m blown away by her colour skills —- and I could not be happier!! Meadow did a really beautiful job bringing my hair back to life. She brings a chilled relaxed vibe to your appointment and I felt very comfortable with her as my hair dresser for the first time. I have been a regular at Ashlee Jai Hair for over a decade and I have been lucky enough to have had Ash as my hair dresser all of this time. Before this appointment I had major anxiety. Iv lived in extensions for 10+ years and noticed major thinning. So I was prepared to remove them. I went in for a weft removal colour and chop but was reassured by Danica I could get away with a row. Her knowledge was so welcoming and I felt so comfortable with her taking control of what was best for my hair. I had issues finding the storefront but once I phoned the shop the girl was so lovely and so helpful in helping me find the shop ! I received and updo from Ashley and she did incredible. I would recommend a sign is place out the front (unless I missed it) but I will be recommending to all my friends! Also, love they use the Fresha app for bookings! And I can’t wait to go back 🩷

What an amazing service from start to finish! Dee made me feel completely at ease. The reinstallation was quick and done with precision. The salon is super welcoming with a lovely atmosphere.
