Arkin was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The haircut was done with great attention to detail, and I was really happy with the final result. The atmosphere in the salon was welcoming and clean, which made the whole experience even better. I appreciated how efficient the service was without feeling rushed. I would definitely recommend Chop Chop Wembley Park, especially if you can book with Arkin. I’ll be coming back again!

I had such an amazing experience at Zaira Rose! I came in for half head highlights but because my hair was in terrible condition, Nisa did colour correction as well, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and explained every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease. The colour correction was done carefully—my hair went from uneven and brassy to beautifully blended. The highlights are absolutely perfect. The whole atmosphere of the salon was welcoming and relaxing, and the team was incredibly friendly and attentive.

She will take time to ask you what cut you like and will also ask midway the process to make sure you are happy. She also gives you choices and suggestions as to the cut and style. Management is terrible, she needs to inform customers prior to their appointment (preferably on their booking Confo email) to bring their own face mask or they will need to pay for one. The fact that a mask needs to be worn is completely acceptable and understandable, however, as a business you cannot expect that ALL customers keep up to date with business government guidelines so it would be morally correct to inform customers of this prior to their appointment to ensure they come prepared. Rest of the staff are lovely, especially Julia who is amazing!
