I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Nita was informative and talked me through the whole process, giving clear advice and helpful tips on how to improve the condition of my hair at home. My coat was put in a bag, I was given a proper apron so no water leaked onto my clothes, and I was offered a hot drink and snack. The salon had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.
