Kate is truly a gem! This is my third appointment with her, and my hair has never felt better. After struggling to find a reliable hair salon, I am so grateful to have discovered this place. I’ve tried several salons in downtown Toronto, but they’ve all left me disappointed. As someone who is very particular about my hair, I can confidently say that Kate is a spectacular stylist! I can’t wait to see what magic she works on my hair next! :)

Today was my first time visiting Hairworks. I usually go downtown Toronto near my office but I'm currently working from home. I was fortunate to have Rouba as my stylist today. My hair looks and feels incredible. She knew exactly what to do based on my short request (covid-style so we can't talk a lot). I love what she did and can honsetly say that this was the best looking blow dry I have ever had. The covid protocols were also well executed and followed. All of this for much less than what I pay at my usual stylist. Thanks for the great cut Rouba!!

Visiting from out of town and found this salon on Social Media. Came in for a hair wash and blowout and was very impressed with service, style and salon. 10/10 would recommend. I have 22 inch weft extensions and Kiki handled them with great care.

Great service but disappointed I got waves instead of a blow out. When I said I liked it blown out she said she was going to do waves because they last longer. Still recommend her, she was lovely just my hair is not like the picture I showed and maybe an option to get a blow out would’ve been nice since that’s my favourite part of a haircut, I’ve never had anyone just wave it and they weren’t even or voluminous - had I known, I would’ve only paid for the cut and styled it myself at home as I only like it styled a specific way

Excellent experience! My hair dresser Shabana ( sorry don’t remember the name correctly) was extremely efficient and pleasant. She cut and styled my hair and did threading for me. Will recommend her highly to my friends here.

The massage was good + I liked how she told me to attend to my problem areas + stretched them out a bit. The massage table was terrible - my neck was hurting + I had to keep turning my head repeatedly when on stomach. Why isn't a proper massage table being used? it was so unstable + shaky, I was worried it'd break mid-massage. The sheets/pillow didn't smell clean. There was a huge stain on the sheets and I know my masseuse told me that they were washed + unfortunately stained, but the washing didn't seem to be adequate as there was some stench that could be smelled in sheets/pillows

Alyssa is a professional stylist and did my hair cut and blow dry so well! She also made sure i had a curtain and no men as i do the head covering/hijab..Definitely recommend her. Also she made sure I got the best look while suggesting better options. Clean and nice place in streetsville!

Skyler is so kind and very sweet. She answered all my questions I asked about the lymphatic massage. She went into detail explaining the massage too, how it works on the body and how it helps in so many ways the health benefits it has on the body. The place was very clean and it is a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would recommend to all my friends, family, and co-workers about this place and the wonderful services they offer. I had an amazing experience with Alessia! She made me feel so beautiful with the way she cut/ styled my hair. I would definitely recommend!

Kiki was kind, knowledgeable and skilled. She used a great amount of pressure during the relaxing wash. Cut and styled my hair very nicely . I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go shorter and she suggested we complete the style and she can cut more off if I wanted when complete. Ended up leaving as is and I love it all!

Always a really nice experience going to get my hair cut and styled here. The staff are really pleasant and listen carefully to what you want done.

Toufic is very professional and works with you.

I don't normally post reviews, however, Toufic definitely deserves one. He is a magician with scissors. He is attentive, warm and gives awesome tips for hair care. I will definitely be booking with Toufic again.

Laurie was very nice, helpful with suggestions, and efficient! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, while giving advice along the way. I’m really happy with my haircut and will definitely be visiting again.
