Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

I've been a client of Elouise's for a few months now, but this is the first time we did dermaplaning and microneedling!!! The treatments were amazing. Elouise really takes her time and goes above and beyond.. from the post-treatment cooling mask to the head massage, I always love being in her treatment room!
