I've been coming to Lucy for years but as I getting older, I realised I need to start taking care of my skin before it's too late. The whole experience was actually really enjoyable and relaxing especially knowing the positive impact on my skin. My skin feels wonderful. Actually glowing. I've already booked my next one.

I always have a fantastic experience with Lucy! She is incredibly professional, friendly, and always makes me feel completely at ease during my leg and bikini wax. I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. I’m being a case study for Natalia and this is my 2nd one. I have problems with my back, hands and stomach and Natalia is working on all areas. She goes above and beyond and looks into depth about it all to give me great results. She’s got a lovely nature and is extremely welcoming, I love that she knows when I want to chat or when I need that little time to be quiet and enjoy the treatment in silence. 100% recommended and once Natalia is qualified I will most definitely be a regular Thank you xx
