Deep tissue massage with Alina is exceptionally intense - she works instinctively and reaches imbalances, tension, tightness, shortened and stiff muscles as well as knots that one isn't even aware of. I have a deep tissue massage with Yury on a regular basis as I am now 60 and still an avid gym goer, doing a decent amount of resistance training for my age. I really think that without the help of these massages I wouldn't be able to enjoy the benefits of maintaining a good amount of muscle mass which I know is great for my overall health moving forward. Without doubt the best massage I’ve had, and I’ve had a few!!! I opted for the deep tissue massage which was brilliant. It hit the “sweet spot” of loosening any knots, without the “ouch”. An absolute luxury from start to finish. My Glass Skin Facial with Kaouthar was incredible. I arrived feeling anxious, but she instantly made me feel so comfortable, like I was with a close friend. The calming ambience was so relaxing I actually fell asleep! She truly has magic hands. My skin is glowing, and I’ve already had so many compliments.
