Incredible experience from start to finish! I had a 45-minute deep tissue massage today and it was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I walked in feeling tense and tight, and left feeling completely relaxed. The masseuse was not only extremely friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly skilled and professional. You can truly tell she knows exactly what she’s doing. The whole atmosphere was calming and comfortable, which made the experience even better. I will absolutely be booking again, 100%! Highly, highly recommend. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

First time I've been to this place on Saffron Lane today. It was very very good. Clean the prices were excellent. The service was five star. I can't remember the name of the lady that served me today. We went upstairs and a massage was excellent. Very professional. We had a conversation, She took the time to listen to what I required which was absolutely fantastic. I'll be recommending this service to all of my friends. This place is magical. With so many beautiful young butterflies 🦋 professional staff dressed appropriately. I wish I had found this place sooner. I tried everywhere in Leicester. And this place beats it all places! This place is very organised cleaned and good hygiene. I never seem a place that is more friendly honest caring helpful sincere truthful professional and hardworking. They dont manipulate by offering wrong treamtns that I don’t need. Only treatments that I meed. If I don’t need they wont recommend.

The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

Amazing service, the best lash lift I’ve had in leicester! Lots of care taken, Sam was very careful and no tint was left anywhere it shouldn’t be. Very impressed x

Amazing deep tissue massage - will definitely come again

My massage wasn't with Bwella as I had booked online (first time), I had a lady called Katy (I think) she works only on sat and sun, she was fantastic. Got to every knot and worked where the source of pain was (sitting at computer desks all day long!). Definitely recommend. I took the Deep Tissue for 1hr30mins. I would advise this as minimum.
