Wonderful start to the new year with a massage from Lizzy. All of my aches & pains melted away & I left feeling relaxed & ready for the rest of the day. Lizzy is so intuitive that each time the massage is different, adapting to my needs & removing any tension she finds along the way. My health & overall fitness have definitely improved since I began to have regular massages with Lizzy. A lovely massage .Lizzy is attentive to current problems and needs and adjusts her technique accordingly. The room is warm and snug so the whole experience is soothing and therapeutic. Highly recommended
