Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

I was recommended Lauren by a friend who's gone to Lauren for years. She is just so lovely and really makes you feel comfortable. She has a very warm and bubbly personality, very attentive and non-judgemental. Made my first waxing experience a lot less painful.

Cassie is an absolute angel, super experienced and knowledgeable. She tailors each treatment to the individual so is very person-centred. So far have had waxing treatments which has left my skin in much better condition and less hair growth, and facials from which I have seen significant results. Would highly recommend.

I had such a lovely massage experience. The whole treatment was very professional from start to finish, while still being warm and friendly. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and Oana was so lovely, she made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great.
