Joanna 5 🌟 Just that there was some confusion with the person who was supposed to be doing the laser to me! Started by Sam then taken over by Joanna and no information was given to me! However, Joanna is yet another fantastic laser therapist who brings her own unique skill set and expertise 👌✨ She made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. My daughter and I had a relaxing facial and massage by the lovely Kym and Leah. We came up from Sydney for the weekend but will definitely be back for some pampering when we can.

Kym is amazing! Best waxing I’ve ever had (and I’ve been getting waxed for 20 years). Her attention to detail is impeccable and her heart is golden.
