Thrilled with my new brows and lashes, Rachel is excellent. Rachel also helped me to rearrange nail appointments for my girls after I'd made an error booking them on line!! It was no trouble, or she certainly didn't let me know that it was. Great customer service which is what brings you back.

Isobel was fantastic — confident, really friendly, and explained the procedure so eloquently, which I really appreciated as it was my first time experiencing it.
