I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. Best beauty salon in swansea! Excellent and friendly service

I had a very good experience and I didn't felt any pain during waxing. Stephenie knows her job very well. I'm glad I chose her for my waxing.

The time and effort Steph takes in the consultation is ‘second to none’ I’m a very fussy client but she always listens and creates the best shape and colour perfect for me. I’ve had my brows waxed for years with Steph and she is still so professional plus never forgetting great aftercare advice.

Easy location to get to, with plenty of parking. And the wax treatment from Stephanie was excellent. Thank you 🤩

Steph is the loveliest person ever! Makes you feel so relaxed, offers amazing advice and she has the touch of an angel! Cant feel a thing when she gives me a wax x
