Once again Della exceeds all my expectations. Such a lovely person. I had a leg wax somewhere else and they didn't do my feet so whilst in for another treatment Della's not happy about it and waxes them for me. Love her.

Great appointment never had hot wax before and it's a lot softer not gentler on the skin I feel absolutely amazing I highly recommend a visit to Rachel and just to say to people that if you're booking with a new person on freesia if you ask you when you've been to the salon before say yes because otherwise freeze your charges the owner a new customer fee which is not fair

I had my laser hair removal done by Megan and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough! She was so professional throughout, but also made me feel completely at ease with her friendly personality and sense of humour – we always had a laugh during appointments which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I’m so impressed with the results over the sessions – such a noticeable difference and absolutely worth it. If you’re considering laser hair removal, Megan is definitely the person to go to!

Had my second laser hair removal appointment today with Meghan. Firstly, she is an absolute ray of sunshine! Professional and obviously passionate about what she's doing, she makes it a very relaxed experience . Secondly, after the first session already seeing big patches of hair follicles completely gone.
