Just had a wax from Claire. I can honestly say it was the least painful wax I’ve ever had in my life. Claire made me feel so welcome, I was put at ease and I felt I could tell her anything. I absolutely love coming here, no matter if it’s Ashley or Claire doing your waxing the treatment is unmatched by any other waxing therapist in Dundee and Angus. I will never go anywhere else. If I could give a million star review I would and it still wouldn’t be enough to describe how good they are xx

Literally the best lashes in Dundee without question, still look full when getting infills after 3 weeks. Plus Danni is just a gem, such a nice welcoming girl. Would never recommend or go anywhere else! Thankyou for all the confidence boosts and thankyou for always being amazing 🩷

It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

Ashley was fabulous! Made me feel at ease & we blethered while she waxed which took my mind off it. I have a low pain threshold & can honestly say this was not painful. I’ve been getting waxed for years. I went to Clare for the first time today, she made me feel comfortable from the second I met her. Didn’t feel awkward at all during the entire treatment. Her wax technique is brilliant, I hadn’t been waxed in 8-9weeks and it barely hurt at all. I’ll definitely be back.

Natalie is a lovely young lady and made a fab job of my nails and very knowable about her role as a beauty therapist. Also completed her 3 year beauty therapy training course at Dundee collage which is an intense training course. Will definately recommend Natalie to all my friends.
