A really nice experience, although I have had experience waxing before, I have never had a full body wax. I was slightly nervous with it being my first time😭 however I was made to feel very comfortable and it was honestly a really pleasant experience. The beautician communicated with me throughout the service, to ensure my comfort which really enhanced the experience. I’ve been to the beauty loft a few times and the service is honestly something that Cant be replaced by any other salon, its the only salon I can ever go to now, only took one eyebrow shaping session and now a loyal customer😂

Amazing ! Been going to Sarah for a while now, great massages, facials and yesterday had a pedicure and waxing done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Fully covid compliant, was nice to do something normal but also feel safe.

I’ve been suffering with severe pain in my head &shoulders for a few weeks, & booked myself in for a deep massage, it was lovely, she concentrated on the areas & felt so good, I’ve booked myself in again for the following week, the lady was polite, funny & made me feel at ease, see you next week!!!

Literally haven’t felt that relaxed since I was in my mothers womb🤣 was absolutely beautiful, I felt amazing and nearly was asleep which isn’t like me, sorted all of my problems out with regards to my back and shoulders and it was literally felt like I hit a new spiritual experience with how good it was. Kathryn is absolutely incredible – I’ve been coming to this salon for over 20 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. Her attention to detail is second to none and my nails always look perfect and last so well between appointments. Over the years she’s got to know exactly what I like, but she also has great ideas when I fancy trying something new. On top of being the best nail tech ever, she’s warm, professional and genuinely caring, and I now consider her a friend as well as my therapist. Every visit is a treat and I always leave feeling looked after and pampered.

Visited for the first time for eye brows and waxing amazing service given from ladies that work here and to top it off that they had a kids area so the mums could get they’re treatments done while not worrying about childcare, will be a regular client as it’s close to home and child friendly
