I contacted the Therapy Rooms not really knowing what I needed after staining a shoulder injury. Ellen then gave me an appointment with Nicola. With her wealth of knowledge and experience I was in safe hands and from the first appointment where you just come into a calm and friendly space you just relax. I actually looked forward to every appointment and 3 months later I can say that I’m now on the road to healing. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Roger is amazing at what he does. He has fixed me on several occasions and I now see him every few months for what I call my MOT. He has a great sense of humour and puts me at ease whilst explaining what he’s doing.

Having sprained my ankle, Leyon helped get the mobility back into my ankle enabling me to walk properly. I can now look forward to getting back out walking and return to running. Always grateful to Leyon for finding and dealing with any issues very quickly.
