I can’t recommend Sasha enough!! She is such a beautiful human and she puts so much time and effort into making sure that you are comfortable. If you tell her what area you need help with she’ll go above and beyond to do what she can. Sasha is the only person I will go to for massages and I would recommend her to everyone xxx

An Absolutely Essential and Five-Star Experience! I cannot recommend Sasha highly enough— deserving of every one of these five stars. From the moment I met her, Sasha was incredibly friendly and professional, instantly putting me at ease. I arrived with issues in neck & shoulder areas. Sasha was extremely reassuring, taking the time to listen to my concerns without rushing and what impressed me most was how much knowledge Sasha has. I’ve just had my second appointment with Lyndsey. And wow wow wow! She’s helped me so much, the appointments are very informative and Lyndsey gives you tricks and tips on how to help with my ongoing problem when I’m at home. I come home feeling fresh and rejuvenated after our sessions. Can’t recommend her enough!

Absolutely amazing! I've been to see Sasha 3 times and wow! what a difference it's made. I had been struggling for many months with muscle and tissue tightness due to joint issues and previous surgeries. I was getting to a point where I struggled with day to day movement. Now my joints and muscles are free and almost back to my normal self. Sasha listened to my needs and worked on the places needed and gave excellent advice. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be going back for more massage therapy.

The massage was great! It was my first time there. I booked a whole body session and Sasha was very nice and friendly. She used some really nice oils and relaxing music in the background and made sure I was always comfortable, tailored the massage to my needs and even showed me some exercises for better posture. I 100% recommend this place and will book again!

Excellent! I have visited Physios and Chiropractors in the past with no one alleviating my symptoms or offering a solution. So just put it down to menopause and age. I googled for someone local to me to try a lymphatic drain. XForce popped up! I am so pleased it did! Lyndsey explained everything, the treatments was good and I felt the benefits. During the treatment I felt tender & tight in a lot of muscles so I have recently been for a sports massage. I did not realise how tight my muscles were. I m not going to lie it brought tears to my eyes however walking back I strode out and felt good,

I recently had surgery and was recommended by my surgeon to have lymphatic drainage massage. My first session was absolutely amazing – I had the best night’s sleep afterwards! I’ve now been going weekly, and I can really feel the difference. I genuinely look forward to each session. Lyndsay is brilliant – she’s very knowledgeable, professional, and such a lovely person. Lyndsay is amazing at what she does, very professional and talks you through everything. Went in with a very painful back neck and shoulders that had built up over years and after the first session my muscle pain had more of less gone. Had my second session yesterday and it’s the best it’s ever been and I feel amazing. Thank you so much x
