Lovely experience this afternoon at Harmony with Hope Therapy. A very relaxing Indian head massage, neck, shoulders and back with oils followed by my first ever angelic reiki session. I found the whole experience relaxing and energising and Kathy really puts you at ease and ensures you are completely throughout. I will certainly return. Thank you so much! 💜

Allison was really helpful in getting a lot of built up tension out using different techniques. Felt loads better after it and could get back to training better than before.

Fantastic first experience with Nathan. He used a mixture of techniques including cupping to treat my knee pain and lower back pain. Felt better and less pain after the session and would definitely recommend Nathan. I will be booking in again shortly and plan on booking regular sessions.

We were nervous at the beginning however, Kathy soon calmed us both down and we both enjoyed a relaxing session. Kathy was full of knowledge and was on hand to answer any questions or concerns we had. It was such an amazing and wonderful experience and one we will definitely do again.
