You must book with Ilona! I'm visiting London for work and have gone to see her for treatments 3 times. She is so good my husband and friend went to see her as well, and we all agree she is the BEST massage therapist we have ever seen. My husband and I are professional dancers and have terrible bodies; years of overwork and injury make us tough clients. We saw Ilona for deep tissue massages and she showed incredible understanding and knowledge of the body. She can somehow balance providing therapeutic "tough love" pressure and technique and a relaxing experience all at once.

A few days walking around London had left me quite sore and a massage was in order. I'm a massage snob of the highest order, and finding a good massage, with ready availability is a tough ask. Balance fit the bill, with online booking and availability that day! Once there, Alex, a capable and caring woman originally from Portugal greeted me with a glass of water. The rooms were nicely appointed, with adjustable table and heated pad. Alex gave an absolutely solid, deep-tissue massage, which was exactly what I needed. If I lived local, I'd be a regular of hers.

Reshma is the best. The level of quality of her treatments, advices and after care are some of the best I’ve tried in London. She’s always professional with all the up to date technology, make you feel super comfortable and is sooo kind. I had my first emsculpt neo treatment at the body edit and had a fantastic experience the therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the treatment and what to expect results wise. The clinic was professional welcoming and very easy to find. I felt comfortable throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend going to them for body treatments in London.

Hachim is definitely the best therapist in London. I have had back pain for a long time but I felt so much better right after the first treatment so I’ve been booking only Hachim for years now. My husband was injured and it took Hachim 5 mins to diagnose the problem while it took NHS 4 months later with MRI scan to tell the same thing. He’s really professional and experienced. I’ve recommended him to all of my friends and family. Thank you Hachim!!!

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I’ve visited Thai London on and off for years. Usually I would leave a 5-star review; bur today’s visit was actually only “okay”; got an additional star because my muscles definitely feel less tense! Previous visits have ALWAYS included hot stones; without asking. I had to ask and was told the “machine is not working”!!!
