Koji at Palms healing is one of the best massage professionals I have ever been treated by. Years past I've worked in a role where I got to travel around Sydney visiting clients, this also gave me the opportunity to visit multiple and multiple massage centres on my lunch break located all across the city and by far Koji at Palms Healing has been the best when treating injuries and overall muscle tightness. Mr Koji is an excellent massage therapist. I appreciate the way that he explains what he is doing as he works his way through each muscle group, and why he is taking that approach. He personally tailors each session to the needs of the client and you feel the difference in between sessions. Remedial massage is an incredibly intense experience and I would strongly recommend Mr Koji to anyone who is interested in exploring this kind of therapy.

I had my first deep tissue/remedial massage with Koji Hotta last week and straight away I could tell he is a true master of his art. I have multiple issues that need addressing and he was very thorough, explaining things as we went. We still have a lot of work to do but after our session I could feel enhanced mobility and a reduction in some of my pain. I will be seeing him regularly as he has given me hope!

Koji did an amazing job treating my long-term wrist injury. He thoroughly massaged the entire area surrounding the problem, and the intense treatment significantly loosened the lump on my wrist.
