Was looking for a barber to cut my sons hair that was open at a later time, and came across Koukkutz. My son is very fussy with his haircuts and has never been satisfied, but I showed Jacob an image of what he wanted, and he did exactly that, it was the first time my son had ever said he loved his hair cut. The barbershop was clean, and well set up, it was like having a private service, Jacob is also great with kids with affordable pricing. So glad came across this barber and will definitely be returning again.

Incredibly welcoming for a female client in a barber shop. Took onboard what I was wanting, made sure I was comfortable and liked how it was before shaving, and helped with advice about maintenance. Good banter and chat as well, and wasn't treated differently for being a woman in a barber shop. Would recommend for anyone, but especially women who struggle finding a good barber.

There are some customer-focused people who have ups and slight lows, but I can say one thing for sure- Jo has been not just consistent in her warm service but always feels greater every visit. She doesn’t just cut hair with perfection and professionalism, more, makes that human connection: the eye contact, the smiles, the empathy, the listening and responding, the undivided attention whilst staying focused on her hair task. They sounds simple, but she is elite. I always look forward to my haircut, knowing she always listens acutely and executes it to what I want, more, that awesome experience.

Amazing service! Joanne coloured mums hair very nicely and managed to get all her greys evenly covered. Haircut was done by Elias and it was the best cut mum had in years! Mum had a thinning hair due to meds but Eli made mums hair look much fuller and shaped nicely. Highly recommend!
