I found Allison through a google search as i wanted to get my nails done locally. Allison squeezed me in from the waiting list. She was prompt at replying and I was grateful that she was able to fit me in. The house was easy to find and the studio was lovely. She was very easy to talk to and I’m very happy with my nails. Would recommend!

I visited Lowri at Luxe Lownge for the first time today and have already booked my next appointment! Lowri was welcoming and professional, she was also kind and patient with me having to tend to my baby during my appointment. She made it clear that this wasn’t an issue and even booked my next appointment for the last slot of the day to ensure this wouldn’t affect her other clients in case I need to do the same next time, which I really appreciated and am very grateful for. My nails are the best they’ve ever looked and are exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Lowri! x

Excellent service once again at this salon. Molly is a perfectionist with BIAB nails, I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. I had hot stone massage with Petch which was amazing & thoroughly recommend. Great salon with friendly professional staff.
