Sharnnie is incredible at what she does. She has truly made a huge difference in my mental health recovery. She is kind, calm and understanding and makes you feel comfortable. She is very accommodating to my little requests: wearing my eye mask so I can relax, putting my heated and weighted blanket on me, putting my pillow behind my head, playing storm sounds on her iPad. I am not someone who is confident to ask for adjustments but Sharnnie makes me feel safe to. I would recommend her to anyone. 🩷

Sharnnie is amazing. I was struggling with both mental and physical health and thought I’d give reflexology a go - I was honestly blown away by how well I responded. The night after my first session with Sharnnie, I had my record amount of ‘deep sleep’ stage on my Apple Watch which I’d had hardly any of. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sharnnie, she is so kind and knowledgable and puts you at easy straight away.

Sharnnie is AMAZING!!!!!! I was diagnosed with fibro over 6 years ago, instead of managing with a cocktail of pills l decided to look at my lifestyle. Reflexology is a recent discovery, Sharnnie is the only person l have been too, and will be the ONLY person l will EVER go to. Sharnnie is helping me build a toolkit to survive the flare-ups and tackle everyday life, its a working process. After 6 sessions, the toolkit and reviewing my lifestyle, we are both happy with how my body is responding. Its a journey for me, but so glad l found Sharnnie to keep me company xx

Incredible experience. Bought as a birthday gift I was a little sceptical at first but the consultation was very detailed and professional and far more useful than a similar experience at my local GP. Throughout the treatment Sharnie was both highly informative and deeply engaging in her explanations of the science and techniques she was using and the end result was frankly amazing. The swelling in my legs was reduced, the ‘tingling’ sensation removed and the skin quality around the legs was greatly improved. Suffice to say that I have arranged further treatments for both me and my wife.

One word to describe the journey I’ve been on with the reflexology treatments from Sharnnie - transformative. I’ve been seeing her for several months and along with the treatments, she also gives tested advice. With any suggestions given, there is never any pressure to adopt - she’s just gentle and kind. Her treatments and suggestions have transformed my health. Although there is still a way to go, more progress has been made in the past months than for several years.
