Just moved to a small flat so great opportunity to have my treatment with Claire at the Gym. Spacious room. Parking was easy and plentiful. Useful addition to Claires great service with a different view. 😀 Highly recommend.

Claire is an incredible physio, quick to pinpoint the problem and resolve whether through massage or exercises. Coming back from breaking my foot almost a year ago and all the problems which have flowed from that and now less than 3 weeks off from London Marathon - I certainly would not be at this point in my training without her! Really enjoy my Pilates with Total Recovery, Claire is very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with alternatives when I can’t quite get it.

Brilliant class. I have a few challenges with body parts not working as well as would like without pain. I am always helped with alternative exercises. Would recommend anyone to go to the Palates class.

Claire continues to be great, correcting postural bits to ensure I get the most out of the exercises

I always feel so much better after a pilates session with Claire. There are various options for exercises, to cater to all abilities and it's a nice friendly group too so a good way to spend a Monday evening!

Claire is always extremely professional and is always happy to discuss treatments and make tweaks /suggestions to tailor everything. I've been having deep tissue massages regularly with Total Recovery for several years now and they absolutely help with headaches, muscle pain, and other aches and issues. I'd highly recommend Total Recovery.

A good workout of your core muscles.

Classes are fun and challenging. Claire gives a variety of options for exercises so we can tailor them to our needs/abilities. We do a mixture of posture, muscle, mobility and coordination work. I can definitely feel that I'm working my muscles and strengthening and toning them! I also enjoy the moments of relaxing, breathing and stretching. There's a nice variety and all set to music too. I like it so much that I go twice a week. Thanks Claire!
