Absolutely amazing experience. We are here on vacation from Houston, Texas. I’m extremely happy we googled a spa here in Montego Bay. This particular spa had great reviews so we decided to give it a try as our resort was booked for that day. We do not regret it. The customer service and experience exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

She never disappoints, with no AC at the moment she improvises so well that if she didn’t say anything I wouldn’t notice, Norma- Nique is always so warm and welcoming, Professional from the hello to the very “see you next appointment” I can’t say anything is missing from the service despite Melissa’s antics, so again amazing service, nice clean environment and friendly chat and laughter as always. #SugarBareBabe for life that’s me ☺️🫶🏽

Shorlene has been my hairdresser for almost a decade. When I first met her, my hair was breaking badly, and she took the time to care for my hair and helped it reach its current length and health. She is also a great stylist; I always get compliments when I leave her chair. Her shop is comfortable and I love that it is just a small team and not a place filled with different stylists.

I had an amazing experience at Zen Eden Lounge and Spa in Montego Bay! I had a deep pore facial and microdermabrasion with Pet, and she is absolutely fantastic. She has a great sense of humor, is super easy to talk to, and really makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. After my treatment, she even offered me a snack and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. My skin feels incredible, and this has officially become my go-to spot every 6 weeks! Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and top-quality spa services.

The place is spotless, you can sit on the toilet seat without worry. The service that is advertise supersedes what you actually receive.
