Kim is the most thorough beautician I have been to. An absolute perfectionist. Kim made me so welcome and continued to ask if I was comfortable throughout the treatments. Today I had microdermabration and dermaplaning. Can't wait to go back tomorrow to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted and lip waxed. A thoroughly lovely lady.

Had a Hollywood wax with Ellie. She is honestly so professional and made me feel so comfortable. I was really nervous but Ellie was very quick, reassured me whole appointment and made sure I was ok throughout.
