I have been using Emily for my beauty treatments for several years now. This visit, I had a lash lift and tint as well as my first facial, and both treatments were amazing. The space is really relaxing and Emily has such a calm, gentle nature that makes me feel comfortable throughout all of my appointments. I left feeling refreshed, but relaxed and my skin has never felt so soft and smooth. Would always recommend to anyone wanting any treatment.

My nail technician was gentle, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. The foot massage was amazing, and my nails look absolutely perfect — smooth, shiny, and beautifully shaped. I also appreciated how hygienic and professional the whole process was. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and ready to show off my toes. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Truly amazing!! I had a massage this time but have also had a facial with Emily. She is so kind and the salon is such a relaxing vibe. Since my previous visit, when I had my facial my skin has been so clear and soft, Emily spoke me through the steps she was doing and the products she used smell amazing!! With my full body massage I was transformed into such a state of relaxation I actually fell asleep and my aches drifted away. She is such a welcoming and lovely woman, I have booked my appointments up until the end of the year with her 💕

Robyn makes all appointments feel very relaxed and enjoyable. Will definitely recommend Robyn to family and Friends.

Such a beautiful experience from the moment you walk through the door. Emily makes you feel so pampered and all her treatments are delivered to a high standard. The beauty salon is absolutely stunning and makes you feel so relaxed. Would recommend to any one looking for a pamper.

I have visited many beauty salons and experienced many treatments and I can honestly say Emily is the BEST I have experienced. Luxury salon right in the centre of lowestoft, with free private car park which is brilliant for a quick look round the shops too!
