Erica always does an amazing job, she’s so kind easy to talk to and as a long term customer of xcel beauty I wouldn’t go anywhere else! It’s like going for a girly catch up while being pampered at the same time. The salon is perfect if you don’t have a lot of confidence like myself as it’s friendly and not overwhelming. I have visited many beauty salons and experienced many treatments and I can honestly say Emily is the BEST I have experienced. Luxury salon right in the centre of lowestoft, with free private car park which is brilliant for a quick look round the shops too!
