She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She’s very knowledgeable and you can tell she really cares about her clients and the results they achieve. I’ve been coming to the laser lounge for quite a few sessions of laser hair and tattoo removal, I can’t believe the results! I was so nervous at first but Kayleigh is so lovely! I’m always made to feel at ease and comfortable and she’s extremely knowledgable about the treatments, would highly recommend to anyone thinking about either treatment.

My experience was both positive and productive. My hair wasn’t compatible with laser treatment at this time. Kayleigh was absolutely amazing. She was honest, open and transparent. Thank you so much ☺️

Visited storm last week for a hair consultation within minutes I was met with Hannah. What a girl. She knew what she was talking about I explained what I was looking for showing pictures etc etc she recommended what I should be looking for she was very excited about my ambitions and said she was the girl to do it.
