Arrived at 2.10 for 2.20 appointment. No receptionist, no meet and greet until my therapist collected me at 2.20. I also witnessed a client walk in to make an appointment and leave again because no one available to deal with her. Surprised that Cecily Marlow don’t recognise how important a receptionist is to the business.

Anna Marie is lovely, very welcoming and very knowledgeable. She made my first experience at a brow tint perfect & I will definitely be booking with her again. Top mark for my visit to Cecily Marlow today 😊

I had one of the best Indian Head Massages ever with Aysha. It was an amazing experience – I felt so relaxed afterwards and the whole treatment was incredibly calming. I highly recommend Aysha if you’re looking for a truly relaxing and professional massage!
