Painful but in a good way deep tissue massage, Joen didn't shy away from the knots in my shoulder, she went for them and I felt much better after. I want to try all the other massages now, Lomi Lomi, Bamboo......

This was my first time visiting Holistic Beauty (Swedish Massage) and it definitely won't be my last! Helen is lovely - very intuitive, kind and attentive. 10/10!! I received the NEW Rose Quartz Reiki Facial and it was amazing! The guasha mushrooms are very relaxing and can feel them working their magic to detox and release tension in my jar. The new Rose Quartz Eyemask is very grounding and having the extra bit of reiki at the end made this facial unique and blissful. Thank you Helen!

I had a reflexology foot massage today and it was absolutely wonderful! The therapist was very skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.
