My first experience of a facial at Cecily , Marlow. Aysha made me feel comfortable straight away. The treatment was very relaxing and I would definitely go again. Thank you Aysha 😊

Arrived at 2.10 for 2.20 appointment. No receptionist, no meet and greet until my therapist collected me at 2.20. I also witnessed a client walk in to make an appointment and leave again because no one available to deal with her. Surprised that Cecily Marlow don’t recognise how important a receptionist is to the business.

Anna Marie is lovely, very welcoming and very knowledgeable. She made my first experience at a brow tint perfect & I will definitely be booking with her again. Top mark for my visit to Cecily Marlow today 😊

Lovely relaxing space, I had a facial with dermaplaning and my skin was left so smooth!

I had the no-Btox carboxy therapy with a microneedling facial and I’m honestly so impressed. My skin felt tighter and more refreshed straight after, I loved how glowy and smooth it looked over the next few days. The treatment itself was comfortable.

It was a truly amazing massage. She has such great touch and the perfect strength if my metal body. However this is not to do with my therapist at all, but the cover on the « bed » had spots and stains in it looking horrible, and when I put my nose through the hole in the bed I could see rubbish in the floor, bits of plaster backing, cotton wool, dirt and dust. This is not good enough. It has to be spotlessly scrubbed and clean and no cluttter hidden under the beds or anywhere. I only tell you because it is very important this is sorted out for your business to stay 5 *. Needs to be CLEAN!

My appointment content and timings became a little mixed, no fault of the salon. Jay was very kind and came back from her lunch to complete my pedicure. Jay was very patient and listened to my requests, beautifully painted toes, thank you!
