Phoebe is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her massages are honestly the best I’ve ever had, and I always leave feeling completely renewed. I trust her completely to listen to what my body needs on the day, whether that’s massage, cupping, acupuncture, or a combination of treatments. She has such an intuitive approach and somehow always seems to know exactly what will help. I genuinely feel incredible every time I leave. Literally floated out of my session today, felt so completely relaxed. Had my first holistic sports massage with Phoebe today and can't recommend her enough! I had my neck, back and legs treated, along with cupping. I wasn't sure what I needed, but Phoebe did. She explained everything and asked for my permission before starting the cupping, which I really appreciated. The treatment room is a beautiful, peaceful hidden gem, and Phoebe is so kind and friendly, it felt like catching up with an old friend. I didn't realise how tight my body was until afterwards. I feel so relaxed, so much freer, and I'm looking forward to a great night's sleep. Thank you, Phoebe!

I was hesitant as I have never had anything other than a sports massage, but it was a wonderful experience. Very professional, talks through anything so you know what to expect. I have an injury and I have been given a few stretches and home massage remedies that will help. I had a deep tissue massage and it really helped relieve my aches and pains. If you are thinking about it, just do it. You will feel so much better. Will definitely be booking again. Excellent value for money, really enjoyed it. Very clean, the room was very calm and this aided in a truly relaxing experience. 10/10.

I have a full body massage with Gemma and I can honestly say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many spas and tried all different people and she just helps my body so much. I always ask for a firm massage as I actually want the knots worked on and that’s exactly what I get. After the first few days from the massage I feel like a new women! She’s SO friendly and sweet and I’m very glad I found her.
