Absolutely love my new hair colour! Not only did Crystal give me a natural blonde she worked her magic and sorted out a previous hair disaster that I’d had with a different stylist elsewhere, that I then tried to sort out by putting a box dye over. Absolutely lovely service. The ladies are welcoming, friendly, and easy to talk to, and they also serve great coffee. I was very happy with my nails and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Catalina is especially amazing with children. She has now cut my 2-year-old son’s hair several times, and not only does it look great every time, but she also has a fantastic approach with kids. I’ve even booked her for my own haircut because I trust her completely. Highly recommended!

All the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. My hairdresser was very friendly, easy to talk to and very good at her job. It was a lovely first experience at the salon. She's done it again! Another brilliant experience at the capable hands of Hope. Total restyle requested and Hope really delivered. Perfect balance between creativity and a practical understanding of hair and client lifestyle. Hope listens to you and gives you what you ask for but she also injects a level of flair and style which sets her apart from your ordinary hairdresser. She's amazing at her job and one of the sweetest people. This salon is the best I've been to. Always feel so comfortable and welcome here. A real gem in Kettering. Highly recommended.

My appointment last Saturday was thoroughly enjoyable! Sienna treated me like a truly valued Customer, with plenty of enthusiasm and humour. The Hair & Beauty Lounge in Kettering is impecibly clean and tidy. All the Team Members work hard showing real passion for their trade. I felt I could chat with other Customers with ease as the atmosphere is so pleasent
